They do not stand for Starbucks policy. If you make the drink incorrectly you keep the drink and they make a new one. I was there and I had proof on my receipt that the drink was made incorrectly. So the dark skin guy who did my drink was nice about it and made a new one but than a white girl with glasses who was making coffee jumps in and takes the original drink that was wrong and says “no you can’t have it I will throw it out” which is not part of Starbucks policy. I also had proof on my receipt. She was very rude about it when she had nothing to do with the Order and when the guy came to give me my new drink he was looking and I said she took it and she stood with attitude. If you don’t like your job or can’t live by Starbucks policy do not work there get a new job!

I always order extra cream, so why am I getting such a hard time at your Starbucks? Why can’t you simply add extra whip cream on top of my matcha Frappuccino? Why was it added to the bottom of the drink instead? That's event not the issue yet. Instead of fixing the issue, you gave me a new drink without whipped cream and still had an attitude toward me. What kind of service is that? TERRIBLE!!!

There’s something about their specific spice blend that hits perfectly every time, especially when you need a smooth, caffeinated kick that isn't quite as heavy as a standard coffee. It’s a reliable, comfortable neighborhood anchor that never misses the mark on quality or atmosphere.

This beautiful renovated Starbucks has just reopened and the crew is very friendly! Thank you ladies for the cheerful greeting when I picked up my mobile order! Please keep it going. It makes a huge difference in everyone’s day. Being in customer service, I know having a nice new clean store helps! UPDATE: I’m a regular and it’s nice to hear at least a hello when I come in. Today I walked in and was ignored even after I said good morning how are you? The people behind the counter acted like I shot their dog. It’s a thing with me because I work in customer service! Management: please show appreciation for the staff. Appreciative management makes happier staff and they won’t resent the customers.
